The Workshop will consist of invited presentations and a very limited number
of contributed presentations. All participants are encouraged to submit poster presentations.
Funds to cover travel expenses of any sort are not available for this workshop
and a nominal Registration Fee will be charged to ALL participants, invited or
not.
The fee for this event will be US$ 150.00 and will be used to cover lunch,
workshop dinner, coffee breaks, and the city-tour to take place on the
Independence Day, the National holliday of Wednesday, September 7th.
Invited Speakers:
All funding available will be used to cover hotel costs of the Invited Speakers.
We will take care of hotel reservation for the Invited Speakers.
Contributed Poster presentations:
Although most of the contributed presentations should be presented as posters,
we anticipate the possibility of transforming some of them into oral presentation,
time permitting.
Please indicate if you are interested in upgrading your poster to oral presentation.
Send us your CV and an abstract of your intended contribution.
Your abstract should be in PDF format, no longer than one-page.
The file containing your abstract should be named
NOLPA_your_name.pdf where "your_name" should
of course be replaced by your actual name.

We will directly use your PDF file to compose the booklet of abstract.
Make sure to book your flight and hotel soon enough.
PhD Students:
PhD students interested in participating should use their Taxa de Bancada
to cover all their expenses. Students should present a POSTER.
A certificate will be issued for those needing one.
